P1040986Q: Where do tours begin?

A: Each private walking tour has a specific meeting location. For vehicle tours, the group will be picked up at their hotel, unless another location is preferred.

Q: What if it’s raining or snowing?

A: Since New York is a theatre town, our policy is “the show must go on!” We will plan to do your tour in any weather conditions. We are experts about the city and can see more inside sites than outside. Umbrellas are sold on every street corner & we can always duck inside to wait out a downpour! If you would rather re-book, please contact us.

Q: What should I bring?

A: Bring your camera, Metrocard, good walking shoes & a great sense of adventure!

Q: What about transportation?

A: Due to the unique nature of our walking tours, we may be riding the Subway or the city busses. For our walking tours, your tour guide will teach you the basics about riding the Subway. This will give you a chance to get accustomed to using our great transportation system while visiting and really get to experience New York on a deeper level.

If you would rather have a vehicle, we will book a van, SUV or limo for you. All vehicles will also have a professional driver.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Bank cards via PayPal or cash in person.

Q: Am I expected to tip my guide?

A: Though tipping for great service has always been an American custom, please keep in mind that it is NOT mandatory. If you feel that your guide (& driver, if applicable) have done a great job in showing you our city, then tips are a way to show your appreciation.

Q: Are there restrooms available?

A: Yes, your driver and tour guide will know the best spots to make restroom breaks.

Q: Are there beverages available?

A: Free water, soda and juice are available in the limo. Champagne can be added for extra cost.

Q: What about meals?

A: We will make stops for snacks and/or meals, depending on your preference. Any food will be enjoyed outside of the limo.
